ingredients
45ml Polar bear vodka
30ml Kahlua. Build over ice and fill with milk.

Mixing Instructions

Pour coffee liqueur and vodka into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Float the cream on top and stir slowly.

CAESAR

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
Fill with Clamato Juice
1 stick Celery
3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

Mixing Instructions

Rim a highball glass with salt and pepper or bar salt. Add a bit of ice, then add vodka. Fill with clamato juice and add tabasco and worcestershire. Garnish with a stick of celery, a green bean, or a stalk of asparagus.

Caipirinha

Brazil's delicious national cocktail 

Ingredients :
2 oz Cachaça
2 tbsps Brown Sugar
8 Lime WedgeMethod: Prepare in shaker Glass: Old-Fashioned Wash the lime and roll it on the board to loosen the juices. Cut the lime in 6-8 wedges. Muddle in a mixing glass with brown sugar. Pour the Cachaça in the mixing glass. Add 4-6 ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour the whole into an old-fashionned glass (along with the ice). Serve with a straw.

Sexy Alligator

A refreshing shooter that is 'UGLY' to look at but tastes a treat.

Ingredients
0.5 oz Malibu
2 dashes Chambord
0.5 oz Midori
2 dashes Jägermeister®
1 oz Pineapple Juice

Method: Prepare in shaker
Glass: Shooter

1. Shake midori, malibu and pineapple juice ove ice and strain evenly into two 2 champagne flutes.
2. Sink a dash of Chambord into each flute by running it down the side of the glass.
3. Layer a dash of jager in each glass.
4. 
   
5. Alternatively, serve it in a martini glass.

Fjellbekk

ingredients
3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz aquavit
3/4 oz lime juice
Sprite® soda

Mix everything in a glass with ice. 

Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients:
- 2 oz light rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 cup ice
- 5 strawberries
Garnish: strawberry

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with strawberry. 

Pink Lady

Ingrededients:

1 1/2 oz gin
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 tsp light cream
1 egg white

Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
