CAESAR
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. VodkaFill with Clamato Juice
1 stick Celery
3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Mixing Instructions
Rim a highball glass with salt and pepper or bar salt. Add a bit of ice, then add vodka. Fill with clamato juice and add tabasco and worcestershire. Garnish with a stick of celery, a green bean, or a stalk of asparagus.Caipirinha

Method: Prepare in shaker

- Shake midori, malibu and pineapple juice ove ice and strain evenly into two 2 champagne flutes.
- Sink a dash of Chambord into each flute by running it down the side of the glass.
- Layer a dash of jager in each glass.
- Alternatively, serve it in a martini glass.

Mix everything in a glass with ice.

Organic Sensation
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Square One Vodka
- 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liquor
- 1/2 oz Spa Nectar*
- Juice of one half lemon
- 4 - 5 leaves of fresh mint cut into thin strips
- Cucumber slice
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add a few cucumber slices from the spa nectar. Shake for one minute. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice or lemon twist. To make Spa Nector, place 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced thinly, 1 1/4 c. Madhava Organic Agave Nectar (or substitute simple syrup), 1 tsp fresh minced ginger in a glass jar. Stir the mixture to combine. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator to allow flavors to marry before use. Store in refrigerator when not used.

Fill a Boston mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Stir gently for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
Yuzu Julep
Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Yamazaki 12 Year Old
- 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 tsp (5 ml) gum syrup
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Yuzu Juice
Fresh Mint Spring for Garnish
- 2 oz (60 ml) Yamazaki 12 Year Old

Muddle mint leaves with gum syrup in a mixing glass. Pour into a short glass with crushed ice. Add whisky and yuzu juice, garnish with a mint sprig, and serve

Halloween
- 2 oz Whiskey
- 3 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- Garnish: Olive

Stir in collins glass with ice. Don't forget to carve your olives.
Mind Eraser
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the Kahlúa first, then slowly pour in the vodka, and then the top it off with Sprite. (The key is to try to keep it layered.) Use two straws to suck it all down at once.
Makes 1 cocktail.

2 oz. white rum 2 oz. Jamaican rum

Combine white rum, Jamaican rum, Sprite, and passion fruit juice in a mixing glass over ice. Add enough grenadine to turn the mixture dark red. Shake or stir. Strain into 1 large or 2 small hurricane glasses over ice. Top off with 151 proof rum. Drink through a straw starting from the bottom of the glass. This way it starts off calm, but gets stormy at the end!
Cosmopolitan
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz Rose's® lime juice
1/2 oz cranberry juice
Shake vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry juice vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, and serve.
Blue Hawaiian
1 oz light rum
1 cherry
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz cream of coconut
1 slice pineapple

Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.

Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 3/4 pint Guinness® stout
- 1/2 shot Bailey's® Irish cream
- 1/2 shot Jameson® Irish whiskey
- Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse.

Ingredients
3 cups water1 1/2 cups fresh lime juice
1 1/2 cups cointreau
1 1/2 cups silver tequila
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges

FOR 6 SERVINGS.
Directions
Combine the water, lime juice, tequila, and cointreau in a half-gallon pitcher. Stir to mix.
To serve, rub the rim of a margarita glass with lime, and dip in salt. Fill the glass with ice, and top with the tequila mixture. Garnish with a slice of lime.
Knudson's Knasty Habit

- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 fluid ounces gin, such as Tanqueray®
- 1/2 fluid ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 fluid ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup, or to taste
- 1 dash bitters
- 2 fluid ounces Knudsen's (sic) lemon-lime spritzer
- 1 lime slice for garnish
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in gin, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and dash of bitters. Cover and shake rapidly. Strain into a highball glass full of ice. Pour in lemon and lime spritzer and stir. Garnish with the lime slice. Unleash the monkey.
