The true Bob Marley is grenadine at the bottom, creme de menthe in the middle, and 151 plus creme de bananna, so it makes the red, green and yellow of the Jamaican flag. Light it on fire, stick a straw down to the bottom and finish it!
This is a great classic cocktail that is an excellent example of good marketing. In 1936 the New York Supreme Court ruled that an authentic Bacardi Cocktail had to be made with Bacardi Rum. Sour mix is often used in bars instead of the lemon or lime juice, but fresh juice makes a far better drink, as does made from scratch grenadine.

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the Kahlúa first, then slowly pour in the vodka, and then the top it off with Sprite. (The key is to try to keep it layered.) Use two straws to suck it all down at once.
4 oz. passion fruit juice or nectar
grenadine or cherry juice
151 proof rum
Combine white rum, Jamaican rum, Sprite, and passion fruit juice in a mixing glass over ice. Add enough grenadine to turn the mixture dark red. Shake or stir. Strain into 1 large or 2 small hurricane glasses over ice. Top off with 151 proof rum. Drink through a straw starting from the bottom of the glass. This way it starts off calm, but gets stormy at the end!
Shake vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry juice vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, and serve.
1 oz light rum 1 cherry 2 oz pineapple juice 1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur 1 oz cream of coconut 1 slice pineapple
Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.
Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse.
